By using the services of Mtune Remapping, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read this disclaimer carefully before proceeding. If you do not agree with any part of this disclaimer, you should not use our services. 

• Performance figures: All performance figures quoted on this website are approximate and for guidance only. Actual results can vary depending on factors such as the vehicle's condition, mileage, maintenance, and driving style.
• Vehicle condition: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that their vehicle is in good mechanical order before any remapping work is carried out. Remapping may expose pre-existing weaknesses in a vehicle's engine or other components. Mtune Remapping is not liable for any mechanical failure that may occur before, during, or after the remapping process.
• Wear and tear: Increased performance places greater stress on a vehicle's components, which can accelerate wear and tear. We are not responsible for any damage or premature failure of parts such as the clutch, turbo, engine, gearbox, or drivetrain.

• Manufacturer's warranty: Vehicle manufacturers generally do not endorse engine remapping. Our services may invalidate or void your vehicle's manufacturer's warranty. It is your sole responsibility to check with your manufacturer regarding any implications.
• Insurance notification: It is a legal requirement and your responsibility to inform your insurance company of any modifications to your vehicle. Failure to do so could result in your insurance policy being void. Mtune Remapping is not responsible for any consequences arising from your failure to disclose this information.

• Road legality: Our remapping services are designed for vehicles to be used on public roads and are developed to keep the vehicle compliant with UK MOT and emissions standards. However, some modifications, particularly those involving the Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) or Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) & Adblue are for off-road or motorsport use only.
• Off-road use: If a customer requests a modification that is not road-legal (e.g., DPF, EGR or ADBLUE Solution), it is done with the express understanding that the vehicle will not be used on public highways. Mtune Remapping will not accept any legal liability for the use of such a vehicle on the road.

Mtune Remapping disclaims liability for any damages, including direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, arising from the use of their tuning services. By using their services, customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless

and its associates against claims, losses, or damages resulting from the tuning.
