AdBlue is used in a process called selective catalytic reduction (SCR) to reduce emissions of nitrogen from the exhaust of diesel engines but the system is complex and prone to failure with parts being expensive and a shortage of Nox sensors from manufacturers are leaving vehicles in a no start condition.
If your vehicle has been left stranded due to the system failing and stopping your vehicle from starting we can reprogram the ECU to disable the adblue system. Our procedure is cost effective and will not illuminate dashboard error lights. The procedure is completely reversible should you wish to reinstate the system when it is repaired.
Please Note: Removal of the AdBlue system (or similar) should only be carried out on cars or vans for off road or racing use, or as a temporary measure to get the vehicle to a garage for repair. Using a vehicle on public roads with such a system disabled is at the owner/operators risk.
